Personal Training
I had a very first session with my personal trainer, Ashley. My body fat is more than average, so I was told to lose at least 8 lbs. When she asked me about my diet, I couldn’t answer what I usually eat for dinner. I was like, “Uh…I usually eat out. It could be Indian, Mexican, Sushi…it depends.” I’ve been trying to eat healthy last 2 weeks, but I know she is going to correct almost everything and make me eat power bars and stuff.
Eeewwwww! I wonder if SHE eats power bars! I’d rather be 8 pounds over! Miyoko, is that 8 pounds over in L.A. weight? They’re awfully thin out there! LOL

I think I am 8 pounds over than average female the U.S. who are my age. (Their scale was -5 lbs off, compare to the one at home!) It’s fun to work out. Now I regret that I didn’t start sooner!

I don’t think you need to loose any weight! But it is a good thing for everyone to eat healthy and excercise some. Do you like to cook at all?

Please don’t compare me with average American people, because I’m not from here! I want to feel confident with myself when I look at a mirror. I cook often, but I also love to eat out… I’d rather have someone chop my salad.
