Don’t Try Too Hard.
I started taking Bilberry supplement for eye health, and it turned out I was very very allergic to this weird fruit.

what were the side effects?

Herbs can be scary! I’m allergic to echinacea - a friend gave it to me insisting that it would take care of my cold, instead I broke out in a head to toe rash complete with hives. Screw nature, Nyquil is the only way to go…

Not to get to personal. Anything that is suppose to be great for digestive track, isn’t for me. Hope you find something that doesn’t have any wierd side effects.

Wendy—
Rash, hives or something like that on my legs!
Jodi—
Sorry to hear that… Nyquil? I’ll look into it.
Diana—
I’ll just take multi vitamin gummy, that’s it.

Only Nyquil for a cold Miyoko, it’s meant to knock you out at night so you can sleep - definitely not for the eyes!

Oh,no!
I had something like that when I took some mint stuff…
No fun…

Sorry to hear that you’re allergic to that fruit. It’s a lucky thing that the symptoms weren’t
worse. Yeah, stick with the gummy multi-vitamin unless you find another option that won’t make you break out into an unpleasant rash.
