I saw a note on a car that was parked on Melrose Ave.

Here’s a close up.
It says “To xxxxx (name), I’d like to check out shops a little longer, so please meet me at 3:00pm instead. I added some money to the parking meter.” in Japanese… I thought it was funny, because it was written in a polite way, but kind of rude in a way. If I were him or her, I would meet the people up first, instead of just leaving a note.
